We take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is only used in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy.  The following policies are only in effect for the web pages owned and operated by gronlund dare partnership (gdp).  The following discloses our full Privacy Policy.

 

Collection and use of information

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer’s “Internet Protocol” or IP address.  When a visitor requests a page from the gdp website, our web server automatically recognizes that visitor’s domain name and IP address.  The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site.

Our web server collects information about the type of internet browser you are using, your operating system, as well as which of gdp’s web pages you have accessed.   This information is used to help us make sure that our gdp website displays properly on your computer.  This information also gives us feedback that we use to further development of our website for our users.

The gdp website may contain hyperlinks to third party websites.  Gdp is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third party websites or advertisers.

Gdp does not share any of the personal information you may provide with any third parties to which the gdp website is linked.  Please check with those websites to determine their privacy policy.

Our web server does not record or otherwise save the e-mail addresses of visitors to our site.

 

Cookies

A cookie (HTTP cookie) is a small piece of data which is sent to a user’s internet browser from a website/server.  It is then stored on the user’s computer hard drive and used by that website/server during future visits to it.  Accepting cookies through their browser is a choice the end user has control over:  they may or may not choose to accept them.   Cookies are often used to customized a website’s appearance and operation geared towards what that user has chosen to let us know about themselves.

The gdp website utilizes cookies.  It is not necessary to accept cookies to access the gdp website.  At no time is any personal information stored within one of our cookies. 

 

Information collected with the gdp’s Contact Form or Submit to Download form:

Each form has required fields depending on the form itself.  For the Contact Form, only the “Name” field is required for completion.   Other fields are optional.  For the Submit to Download Form only the “Name”, and “email” fields are required to complete the form.   Other fields are optional.

Gdp may contact you regarding any inquiries you make.  You may opt out from receiving information from gdp at any time and ask gdp to remove your contact information from our database.

We never share any of your information with anyone: we never rent, sell, share or otherwise disclose your information to third parties for direct marketing or any other purposes.  Gdp will only disclose personal information and/or an IP address when required by law.

 

Google Analytics

The gdp website has Google Analytics installed.  Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”).  Google Analytics collects information anonymously.  It reports website trends, without identifying individual visitors.  We use this information to enhance and make improvements to our website to better serve those who use it.  Google may use the data collected (Cookie and Browsing and usage data) to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

 

Interaction with external social networks and platforms

These services allow interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the application’s pages.  The interaction and information obtained by this application are always subject to the user’s privacy settings for each social network.

The Pinterest “Pin it” button and social widgets are services allowing interaction with the Pinterest platform provided by Pinterest Inc..  Personal data collected includes Cookie and Browsing and usage Data.

 

Safeguards

Gdp is obligated to protect your personal information by making reasonable security arrangements against such risks as unauthorized access, use, collection, disclosure or disposal. Gdp is not responsible for the republishing (without our permission or knowledge) of the content found on this website on other websites or media.

 

Consent to this agreement

By using the gdp website, you consent to the collection and use of information by gdp as specified above.  If gdp decides to change its privacy policy, those changes will be posted on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
